We offer qualified training courses for all the ELESTA hard and software. This gives our partners the confidence and knowledge to program in the most efficient way possible. The training courses take place at our training center in Constance at the Lake Constance in south Germany or with prior consulation even at your office. Our highly trained and experienced trainers are committed to your needs and teach you, how to reach your goals with the ELESTA products efficiently. The trainings are in English or German language, depending on your needs.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions for Training Courses
1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By registering for a training course, the participant bindingly accepts these cancellation and rebooking terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation by the participant
Cancellations must be made in writing. The date on which the organiser receives the cancellation shall be decisive.
- Up to 30 days before the start of the event: cancellation free of charge2
- 29 to 14 days before the start of the event: 50% of the participation fee
- From 13 days before the start of the event or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the participation fee
The participant may nominate a replacement participant at any time free of charge.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling to a different date or a different training course is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event. Thereafter, the cancellation terms set out in clause 2 shall apply.
4. Cancellation or changes by the organiser
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone training courses for good cause (e.g. illness of the trainer, insufficient number of participants, force majeure). In such cases, any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. Any further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded.
5. Force majeure
If the training course cannot take place due to force majeure, the organiser will offer an alternative date. If attendance on the alternative date is not possible, the participation fee will be refunded.
